So I’ve been pretty candid on this blog in the past about my issues with gluten. I went from being diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012 to being retested in 2014 and told I was “merely” gluten sensitive. And while I have a lot of gluten free recipes on this blog, I love to collect really great ones from elsewhere.

  1. We are trying to eat less grains-not gluten sensitive or anything, I just think it’s a good idea! We’ve been reading “Grain Brain” and “Wheat Belly” which links grains to alzheimer’s, etc. So I like seeing gluten free recipes to see if they would work for us!   2. Oh man, I’m supposed to be giving up gluten, sugar and dairy to relieve some of my RA pain but I totally want to cheat with some of these desserts! The paleo chocolate cupcakes and the salted caramel cookies have my name all over them.
