Now I have to be honest here… today is Valentine’s Day, and I have a feeling there will be chocolate from my husband. And this weekend is my son’s birthday, and a joint birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. So while I’ve done well to lose this… I have a feeling that next week won’t be so kind! I will just have to stick with it after the weekend and hope for the best.
I took a photo to try and illustrate the results, but I feel like you can’t actually see them here. But I am really pleased with how my body is looking UNDER my clothes.
My jeans are looser, my shirts don’t fit so tightly, and I feel less…. lumpy! And on top of all that, my skin looks better, my hair is bouncier, and I feel all over just more healthy. For an overall weight loss of 8.6 lbs in just two weeks, you can’t really beat it!
My favorite foods this week have been the bars. Any and every flavor of bar! Having something to chew which is sweet and tasty is amazing. And I really like the soup (beef bouillon!) as well.
