Blueberry Almond Coconut Granola Breakfast Bars

These chewy and scrumptious breakfast bars are perfect for a make-ahead treat any day of the week!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Mix well with a whisk.
  4. Add granola, coconut, almonds and brown sugar.
  5. Mix to combine.
  6. Add egg, oil and almond milk.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour and spread into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  9. Top with blueberries.
  10. Bake for 18 minutes.
  11. Cool.
  12. Cut into 8 bars.
  13. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
