Maintaining your weight is as great an accomplishment as losing weight when one is dealing with obesity. Recognizing this as an accomplishment is greatly important for mental and physical health.
Obesity is not a dirty word. It is a health issue like any other, requiring hard work, determination and a lot of help to overcome.
