  1. In a dutch oven, cook diced onions and minced garlic over medium-high heat in 1 tbsp olive oil until they soften (around 7-8 minutes).
  2. Add in chopped chicken, cumin, and chopped green chilies. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add in corn, white beans, broth, and heavy cream. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook 35-40 minutes, making sure to stir occasionally. Uncover for the final 10 minutes (Sauce will gradually thicken).
  4. Let cool, and serve with your favorite toppings.
