Easy and Adorable Easter Egg Nail Art

Super Easy and Adorable Easter Egg Nail Art

Yay! It’s one of  my favorite holidays just around the corner! I love me some Easter pastels. Something about this particular holiday fills me with nostalgia for my childhood. I think it’s the fact that all the little boys are girls are dressed in their Sunday best and looking like perfect little angels. Plus I love any day that includes chocolate, looking pretty and family.

Today I wanted to share this super cute nail art that is just perfect for Easter. You can rock it out in no time and it really packs a punch!

Here’s what you’ll need:

A variety of Easter/Pastel colored nail polishes
Nail art brush or toothpick
Nail polish remover and cotton swab for mistakes

First up, you need to clean your nails. Clear out all the gunk underneath, push back the cuticles and use some nail polish remover to make sure they are free of grease. Then apply two coats of your base color.

As you can see, the base coat here is Preppy Pink #142 by New York Color.

Now, you can start adding decorative Easter Egg type designs with your brush or toothpick. Zig zag lines, straight lines and dots are classics.

You can do just one nail as a feature, or you can do them all! Whatever makes you happy.

With just one, it looks really cute, and it’s perfect for you if you want to acknowledge the holiday, but you don’t want to go all out. I call it the “Single Girl’s Easter Nail.”

But if you’re a mom like me with kids who think more color is ALWAYS a good idea, go ahead and do each nail! They don’t have to match. Just create pretty designs and go for it!

Remember to let it dry and apply a clear top coat to keep it from chipping. Then just sit back and admire how cute your nails are.

  1. Such a pretty nailart ! I always like to see nailarts that still look gorgeous if your nails aren’t incredibly long. They look amazingly pro, and the colours are just pastel perfect, great job!
