I’ve mentioned before that I suffer from Ichthyosis Vulgaris, a skin condition that makes me look very scaly and causes my skin to flake and be extremely dry. So finding a soap that cleanses without drying and exfoliates without leaving me in pain is a BIG DEAL. Tiredness and aging can sometimes have an effect on our skin, and for these reasons, finding a cleansing bar that is natural, soothing, calming, healing, and moisturizing is important.
The beauty bars that I want to introduce you to today are the Marie Ernst Beauty Bars. The Marie Ernst Beauty Bars are vegan, all natural, hypo-allergenic, and paraben, phthalate and cruelty free. I received two of these bars for review purposes and am so glad that I had the opportunity to try them out.
The Lemon Beebrush is fresh and invigorating with the bright and cheerful smell of lemons. It cleans and revitalizes your skin and still manages to moisturize it as well. What I like about this product is that is does not leave my skin feeling taut, and it manages to illuminate my skin.
The other soap that I had the opportunity to try was the Patchouli Lavendula. It has rich, earthy tones, and it is really a great bar that relaxes your spirit while cleaning your skin.
Each soap bar comes in two parts. Like yin and yang, they work together to give you the best-looking skin you can imagine. The first half is the moisturizing half, in the scents I already mentioned. They are accompanied with a Pumice half. The soaps are interchangeable and attach to the pumice in a second. The pumice exfoliates dead skin cells, leaving your body with that renewed feeling.
This is a brand new product that really has not gotten off of the ground. Without product backers, the manufacturers do not have the funds to produce, stock, and ship these beautiful all natural soaps to interested parties. Therefore, the Marie Ernst Beauty Bars are available via Kickstarter.
Kickstarter is a program that promotes entrepreneurs and small businesses that may not be able to survive without benefactors. In this case, it is you. When you make a purchase of Marie Ernst Beauty Soaps thru their Kickstarter program, you are paying for the product, the stickers, the packaging, shipping supplies, and other fees. The company also ships their product worldwide.
Although these two soaps mentioned above are the ones that I chose to review and are the only ones available prior to product launch, they want you to know that there are in fact, 52 possible combinations that will become available, should they reach their campaign goals.
Other beauty products are in the works. Consider offering your support and helping them to reach their goals. I have a feeling these things will be flying off the shelves soon!
I was sent two Marie Ernst Beauty Bars for the purposes of review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are my own.
