    Although I should lose weight, I’ve never actually tried! So.. my best tip would be to only shop for the healthy stuff! If you don’t have “junk” food around the house, then you can’t eat it 🙂 (I love junk food tho’, which is why I haven’t followed this tip!! but if you’re SERIOUS about weight loss, this would help 🙂 )

    My best weight loss tip is to have patience. You’re more likely to keep the weight off if you lose it over a longer period of time, changing eating habits and exercising regularly. Another thing that I recommend is to give in on some little cravings like a small piece of chocolate after dinner.

    I’ve never been really overweight where I had to lose a significant amount but my best tip is to eat healthier. You can exercise all you want but if you don’t make the food changes, the weight won’t come off.

    At one point, I did lose about 20 pounds, although it has crept back on over the last few years. To lose the weight, my main method was portion control, which included limiting my snacking. Now that you’ve got me thinking about it, I should embark on that plan again and get back to a more workable weight.

    I am currently trying to shed a LOT of weight. I have lost 65lbs but still need to shed 190lbs more. The biggest thing that I have found helps me is to not limit WHAT I can eat but rather how much I can eat. I can’t deprive myself of my fav foods but I can eat a whole lot less of them.

    What has helped me is walking whenever I can. Park your car far from the door, Take the stairs instead of the elevator. I even walk on my lunch hour.
