    I could definitely lose a bit of weight but I wish we could pick and choose where we gain and lose weight! I have certain areas where I can shed some lbs but others where I am just fine – the issue is losing weight and not having it come off the areas I don’t want it to which it always does and other areas go untouched.

    I plan to start an exercise regime after the first of the year by keeping up with regular workouts at the gym. I think it is important to eat healthy salads and low carbs when trying to lose weight.

    This is awesome and I seriously need that shirt you are wearing, lol. Since I started a 12 hour shift in the emergency room I have packed on some weight. I know it has to do with my busy schedule, laziness and my poor eating habits which is eating out almost each day. I would love to get back to a happy weight and become confident in my body again.
