Ever since Amy Winehouse made them famous, it seems like everyone is obsessed with how to get perfect cat eyes. The winged eyeliner look was popular back in the 60s, and now it has made a HUGE comeback. It’s a great everyday look. A fresh face with dramatic eyes will mean you are remembered for sure!
Start your Cat Eye look by applying foundation like you would with your normal makeup routine.
Next, use some liquid eyeliner and start with small dashes across your eyelid, right up against your eyelashes. Liquid eyeliner works best for this, because you get a smooth line and it’s not smudged.
After you’ve swiped the entire length of your lid, it’s time to add some flare! Fill in the line a bit more so it’s thicker, then swoop it out past your eyelid. Pull your eye tight – towards the side like in the photo above – to accomplish this.
Curl your eyelashes, and add mascara. If you’re looking for a more dramatic look, apply mascara to the bottom lashes as well.
The cat eye look pairs well with pretty much any type of lipstick, but bright red lipstick gives you a super romantic look!

Why does it looks so easy when others are doing it? Hehe. I guess, practice makes progress. I'll keep practicing this until I get that perfect or at least even cat eyes. Usually, one side is bigger than the other! hehe.

Your eyeliner looks AWESOME! I used to struggle doing a winged liner but after a lot of practice I finally got it down. Great tutorial!
