Mini Biscuit Pizzas

If your kids are like mine, you probably spend a small fortune on pizza deliveries. Well let me tell you now – there is an easier and MUCH cheaper way to please the kids and save your sanity. These mini biscuit pizzas are easy to make, tasty and great fun for the kids. Mine gobble them up in seconds every time. And the great thing is that they are so simple that the kids can even make their own! (Adult supervision required for very small kids.)
These are also a great party treat if you’re having guests over. Game night anyone??
Ingredients:
2 packages canned biscuits

2. Spread 1-2 Tbsp pizza sauce over each biscuit, and top with 2-3 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese.

3. Finally, top with pepperoni slices, or other pizza toppings. Bake according to directions on biscuit package.
