If your kids are like mine, you probably spend a small fortune on pizza deliveries. Well let  me tell you now – there is an easier and MUCH cheaper way to please the kids and save your sanity. These mini biscuit pizzas are easy to make, tasty and great fun for the kids. Mine gobble them up in seconds every time. And the great thing is that they are so simple that the kids can even make their own! (Adult supervision required for very small kids.)

These are also a great party treat if you’re having guests over. Game night anyone??

Ingredients:

2 packages canned biscuits
1 pkg pepperoni slices (or other desired toppings)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small jar pizza sauce

Ingredients for Mini Biscuit Pizzas

Directions:

1. Place biscuits on two ungreased cookie sheets. Press down with fingers to flatten each biscuit.
